– 2 parts 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey
– Diet Ginger Ale

Method: Pour the 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey into a pint glass with ice. Top with diet ginger ale, followed by a wedge of a lemon and lime.

Method:
1. Combine Knob Creek® Rye, sweet tea and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
3. Float Prosecco on top to finish.
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Ingredients:
– Black Tea
– Simple Syrup

Method:
1. Prepare a fresh pot of black tea per instructions.
2. Combine freshly brewed black tea with an ample amount of simple syrup (to taste).

– 8 parts Blueberry Juice
– 8 parts Passion Fruit Juice
– Sparkling Wine or Club Soda
– Fresh Mint Leaves

Method:
1. Add Basil Hayden’s, blueberry juice, passion fruit juice and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake.
2. Top with club soda or sparkling wine

Blueberry Ice Ring:
Freeze one bag of frozen blueberries with water in a bunt cake pan. Dip frozen ring into hot water for a few seconds to unmold. Place in punch bowl with blueberry side up.

According to a Bloomberg story, famous restaurant and nightclub owner Sam Nazarian, has listed his luxury hotel – SLS Beverly Hills for sale. Located near world famous Rodeo Drive, the hotel offers its guests the ultimate VIP experience.

The luxury Beverly Hills boutique hotel offers 297 beautifully decorated rooms and suites designed by Philippe Starck. The rooms are a mix of ultra-modern plus classic elegance. The luxury hotel property has two signature restaurants run by Chef José Andrés.. Tres is the second luxury restaurant at SLS Beverly Hills and serves delicious tasting comfort food.

Sam Nazarian is founder and chief executive officer of SBE Entertainment Group LLC, which is the parent company of SLS. Nazarian was quoted, “We are confident the SLS Beverly Hills will sell for more than $210 million if you look at how the property is performing, the possibility to add on development to the existing hotel and the revitalization of that neighborhood.”

Sounds like there are current talks with three interested buyers about buying another the SLS property – the SLS Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida. Putting these two hotel properties up for sale is a focus by the company to target more on its management operations and capitalize on the gains from its real estate investments. Another property is located in Las Vegas – SLS Las Vegas Resort.

The sale of the SLS Hotel South Beach could close this summer and bring a price of approximately $126 million.

It’s not known what the selling price is for the SLS Beverly Hills, but there’ speculation it could be listed for over a whopping $200 million.

Nazarian feels the timing is right, “Our strategy is to move to the asset-light model,” he said. “The market is very hot right now. L.A. is trailing some of the bigger cities like New York and Miami, but it is recovering nicely. And Miami is as hot as it can be.”

The incredible outdoor photography exhibition is free to all attendees and includes beautiful, photography work by former European Wildlife Photographer of the Year, David Maitland.

The Scottish art exhibit will offer a world-first series of amazing super-macro images that uncover the uncovered beauty of Aberlour’s whisky journey. Several topics that are represented include the unique oak cask where the whisky spirit is transformed plus the pink granite used to create the softness of the water utilized in the fine whisky distillation process.

The specialized technique of super-macro photography used by photographer David Maitland allows the subject to be captured closer than ever before. The resulting imagery is stunning and displayed within this unique outdoor, whisky art gallery by Aberlour.

Proud winner of the European Wildlife Photographer of the Year in 2008, Dr David Maitland was quoted, “I am so pleased that the public can enjoy these images in the natural surrounding from which they were inspired, right in the heart of Scotland’s single malt region.”

Maitland continues, “The whisky journey is one that relies on nature and none more so than Aberlour, from the spring water used in the distillation process, to the sherry casks in which the whisky is aged. The Aberlour outdoor whisky gallery is located at the Aberlour Distillery in the middle of Scotland’s Speyside region, between the cities of Inverness and Aberdeen. Whisky tours are also available at the Aberlour Distillery.
