Luxury Resorts Now Offering Fun Programs For Kids

The challenge with bringing children on family vacations is keeping them busy and finding engaging activities to hold their attention. Many high-end luxury resorts are increasingly offering fun programming for kids.

Here are four upscale, luxury resorts that have developed kid programs. This allows both mom and dad to get some alone time, the chance to relax and reconnect, while their kids have a blast!

· Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort –
The luxury Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is a newly opened resort located on the famed Kuta Beach on Bali. It just launched a new family program including a wide variety of personalized amenities, activities and services for the entire family. This luxury resorts program offering include direct access to the luxurious Beachwalk, exclusive access to Miniapolis and Cheeky Monkey Playground, a special Kids Eat Free package, on-site babysitting services, access to the resort’s relaxing pools, and in-room children amenities. During their stay, children are welcome to enjoy “bottomless” soft drinks, juice, milk, or water with their kid’s bottle. In each room, kids are welcomed with a children’s gift bag, including coloring books, a children’s game, as well as Crayola crayons and pencils. This amazing luxury resort property now features the Chef’s Junior Assistant program. Kids aged 6 to 12 join the resort’s Chef and a Bula Club representative helping to create a meal start to finish – they can even suggest the meal for the day. The “Junior Assistants” – equipped with a chef’s jacket and hat – receive a kitchen briefing on safety and hygiene, take a tour of the organic garden with the Chef, hand-picking herbs and garnishes, and assist the Chef with final preparations, plating and serving of the meals to the Bula Club.
