Critically Acclaimed Chef Hubert Keller was born in France. Chef Keller trained and worked in France, Brazil and the United States. Back in 1986, Hubert Keller became co-owner of Fleur de Lys Restaurant in San Francisco, California.
Now the innovative chef debuts his latest fashionable epicurean experience.
Fleur by Hubert Keller definitely marks a new culinary concept by celebrating exquisitely tasting, International small plates.
This luxury restaurant features gourmet small plates that are packed with powerful bites of flavor. This will be the initial small plates concept for famous Chef Hubert Keller.
The Fleur’s contemporary menu is inspired by Keller’s numerous travels to Italy, Spain, Asia, North Africa, South America, plus his homeland France.
