From California to Colorado and back. It’s been a crazy journey. Life Force Project has been hitting the summer yoga festival circuit making new friends and exciting collaborative adventures to offer their devoted community.

Sonoma County Yoga Festival

The started this month at the first ever Sonoma County Yoga Festival where they met up with some of their newest co-
collaborators from Renew Yoga Studio in Petaluma, CA. They will be traveling to Baja Mexico with Amy Wolff and Kathleen
Callahan February 24th, 2018 for a week of wellness and eco-adventure at the stunning Rancho de las Cruces. Amy and
Kathleen offer over 20 years teaching experience of Ashtanga flow as well as sound healing and meditation.

Baja Retreat

From California, the team traveled high up into the Rockies to the Telluride Yoga Festival where Life Force founder, David
Bernstein, presented on the company’s upcoming service based retreat with TYF to The Sacred Valley of Peru. David shared
about the transformational qualities of being in service to others, which can be especially magnified in a unique travel
environment! Being in an altruistic energy is reflective of the patterns of nature and life, which is selfless. When we
action this, we operate, just as nature does, in the highest level of connectivity and harmony.
