In a recent story by the San Jose Mercury News, across the U.S. home prices rose 6.1 percent nationwide between November 2014 and November 2015. It’s predicted that real estate prices will go up another 5.2 percent by November of 2016. As a comparison, the San Francisco-Redwood City-South San Francisco area has seen prices increase by 15.7 percent through November 2015. The Oakland-Hayward-Berkeley region was up 9.7% and the San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara region spiked by 9.7 percent. Most real estate analysts predict steady increases in the hot Bay Area housing market in both sales and prices.

We paired the Nat Sherman 1930 Corona Grande – a full bodied Dominican cigar with a touch of Nicaraguan in the filler. It’s leathery and spicy, with a brighter range of notes like cinnamon, clove and other baking spices that stands up to the makers. The inclusion of ice helps soften and dilute the whiskey enough to bring out the real flavors and aroma, reduce temperature, and really highlight the dialogue created by these two.

Lemon twist

· 2 parts FACUNDO EXIMO
· 3 parts Coffee
· 1 part Simple Syrup
· 1 Lemon peel

· 1 Orange peel
· 3 Coffee beans

Method:
Add rum, lemon peel, cinnamon stick, orange peel, coffee beans and simple syrup in a shallow pan. Next, set the combination on fire. Allow it to burn for about 3 minutes. Finally, extinguish the flame by adding the coffee and serve this great tasting, winter cocktail in a mug.

The luxurious Lodge at Pico Bonito in Honduras has announced its new organic spa. The Spa at Pico Bonito is an outdoor spa and consists of three, circular cabins on stilts. The purpose of the stilts is to maintain balance and harmony with the surrounding environment’s natural energies.

The Lodge at Pico Bonito is an eco-lodge that offers guests 22 private standard and superior cabins. The cabins are bout 400 square feet in size. Powered by the HW5201 quartz movement are the lunar cycle, hours, minutes and date display. This movement is exclusive to Harry Winston. The HW5201 quartz movement has a diameter of 23.9 mm and a height of 3.3 mm.

The Premier Moon Phase 36mm watch face utilizes various materials, as well as artistic techniques to showcase an amazing, three-dimensional aesthetic. This is accomplished by using contrasting colors, perfectly placed design accents, and of course the elegant mother-of-pearl.
