As a follow-up the Nate Berkus article we did last week, we wanted to share famous chef Wolfgang Puck’s kitchen tips for the holiday season.
These are some helpful food preps that Wolfgang Puck has offered to help you, so your family and guests can enjoy your special holiday meal.
1) When making mashed potatoes, after you drain the potatoes return them to the hot pan, cover tightly, and allow them to steam for 5 minutes. Doing this allows them to dry out so they’ll mash to a beautiful texture and soak up the butter and cream more readily.
