The amazing meat menu starts with a duck pie that features fruit mustard from Cremona, and an incredible game terrine with pumpkin and pomegranate. The meal’s first course includes pheasant tortellini with consommé and black truffles and then followed by a delicious serving of roast beef with cream of Jerusalem artichokes, green pepper, and Balsamic vinegar sauce. This unbelievable holiday meal finishes with a truly, classic and irreplaceable Christmas Italian dessert – Panettone, with a tasty tangerine flan with pistachio ice cream.
The sensational seafood menu begins with fried and marinated mackerel and red prawns, and orange flavored chicory and cream chickpeas, and next a black ink tagliolini with cuttlefish and venus clams. The dinner’s main course is a fresh, almond-crusted fillet of turbot with broccoli and a seven-spice sauce, followed by a typical Christmas dessert, such as a chocolate log.
