Old Town La Quinta was founded by prominent developer Wells Marvin and officially opened in 2003. He moved to La Quinta with his family in 1997 to develop new homes. Wells spent seven years building Old Town. He had a strong commitment to the best of California craftsmanship and lifestyle.
