The famous Brothers Grimm (Jacob and Wilhelm) were born there and 2013 marks the 200th anniversary of their first publishing of the first volume of “Children’s and Household Tales.” Years later, Walt Disney brought to life the famous characters – Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Little Red Riding Hood.
