Amanda Bynes has indicated that although she admires Hollywood stars like Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen twins–who have crossed over from acting and dabbled in singing and personal clothing lines–she herself wants to be an actress only. However, in the summer of 2007, Amanda went against that original statement by launching a clothing line of her own, entitled “Dear by Amanda Bynes.”
“It’s stuff you liked when you were young, but with a more flattering fit. Thermals and hoodies with hearts, rainbows and stars. My favorite thing is a little dress with big wooden buttons. I’m dying to wear it!”
Amanda admits, “I’m the girl whose biggest nightmare would be to lose my makeup bag while travelling.”
