The exact individual responsible for creating the classic margarita remains a mystery, although it was sometime during the 1930’s or 1940’s. Later in the 1970’s frozen margaritas were invented when a bartender converted a soft serve ice cream unit into a frozen margarita machine.

Whether your preference is a classic margarita on the rocks or frozen, this sacred tequila, triple sec and lime drink is America’s most popular cocktail. And if flavor is what you desire, you have a variety to choose from.
