In 2003, Maria was featured on the MTV show “Punked”.  In 2005, her acting career began to blossom as she was cast as a sexy nurse in the hit movie The Fantastic Four. That same year, Maria’s likeness and voice were featured in EA Games From Russia with Love as Eva Adara.

Denise Richards

In August 2007, The New York Times reported that Denise Richards (who allegedly wanted a third child very badly) approached ex-husband Charlie Sheen in 2007, after their divorce, and asked him to provide the sperm.

Denise supposedly assured him that she was not looking for any future child care support for this potential baby, but Charlie responded with “I would sooner walk on the surface of the moon in what I’m wearing.”

Regarding Heather Locklear, “The thing with Heather, that’s been hard… you know, you can’t help who you fall for, and that friendship was done with and wasn’t salvageable. You know, she wasn’t my best friend.”

Denise Richards continues,  ”She was a close friend in the last couple of years – I hadn’t known her my whole life like people are portraying. It’s been tough having people think that I’m a crappy friend – because if we were friends, I wouldn’t be in this situation.”

As a mega pop star whose music delights people all over the world, Alicia Keys is now being touted as the new Princess of Pop.

Alicia’s songs have always had a fresh feel about them but her ability to give such mesmerizing sound tracks has established Keys as a highly credible artist.

Alicia Keys is known worldwide as an accomplished actress, songwriter, Grammy winner, and performer. She has tasted scintillating success with her latest album “As I Am”. This project may well be her most personal creation to date.

“As I Am” debuted at number 1 at the Billboard 200, and had a record sale of 742,000 copies within its first week of release. This was the largest sales week for a female artist since the debut of Feels Like Home, Norah Jones’s record-breaking album in 2004.

Alicia Keys also holds the distinction of having the maximum number of number 1 debuts on the Billboard charts by a female pop artist since Britney Spears. Her most popular track was “No One,” which peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It won her the Best Female R&B Vocal Performance and Best R&B Song at the Grammy Awards in 2008.

As a performer, Alicia portrays the best blend of girlish charm and a grown woman’s maturity. The same effect is seen in her musical creations.

Keys impressed fans and critics alike with her mature look and sensible music, making her one of the best-selling R&B singers in the world. “You’ll Never See Me Again” made her a worldwide hit and established her as one of the best-selling artists of all time.

Many experts claim that if there was a woman who could take on the mantle of being a Pop Princess — a title that was earlier donned by Britney Spears — it should hands down be …. Alicia Keys. Source: TrendPimp.com

Kristin Kreuk

Kristin Kreuk wasn’t allowed to wear makeup or date until she was sixteen years old. She says her worst habit is that she is slightly anti-social.

“I really don’t use that much make up now, I’m pretty natural. I wear even less of it in the summer.”

Kristin Kreuk was the first actor cast on “Smallville”. She was second on the audition tape and the only one taken to the studio executives for approval.

In an interview, Kristin Kreuk said that she had no problem with showing skin. “I think Tom Welling is a little embarrassed when it comes to showing skin”.

Spokesperson for Neutrogena products worldwide, in early 2005, she renewed her contract for an additional two years, making her the longest-running spokesperson in the company’s history.

Kristin Kreuk continues, “Someday I’d like to do some real traveling. I’m obsessed with Brazil and I’ve always had this dream of backpacking through South America.”

Luxury High-Rise Condo Dubbed “Paparazzi-Proof”

A new high-rise under construction in Westwood is taking on the paparazzi — and it just might win.

The Carlyle Residences, a 24-story tower of luxury condominiums, is said to be the first building that is specifically designed to thwart the prying lenses of celebrity photographers.

The property is set to open in 2009 and promises round-the-clock patrols by “Israeli-trained VIP” security guards, sub-terranian parking with private elevators that open directly into apartments and high hedges that shield the swimming pool and yoga lawn.

The developer says the shape of the building itself, a crescent, minimizes views into the Carlyle from neighboring buildings.

Thomas Elliott, chief operating officer for Elad Properties West, said the company was responding to complaints from celebrities and elected leaders about aggressive tabloid photographers.

“We are reaching out to the Hollywood community to do what we can to ensure their safety and security,” he said.

Condos will range from 2,700 to 5,000 square feet and will go for around $3-to-$5 million.

Elliott would not say whether any celebrities have purchased any of the condos.

Giles Harrison, a paparazzo who has worked in Los Angeles for 14 years, said the project is a “waste of advertising”. “Paparazzi don’t go into buildings to get shots. They wait until people go out and about. I have yet to see a paparazzi shot that came from the inside of a private residence.”

Daniel Craig

Daniel Craig, a veteran British actor, has the following film credits – “Elizabeth”, “Sylvia”, “The Jacket”, “Road to Perdition”, “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider”, “Layer Cake” and his first role as James Bond 007 in “Casino Royale.”

In late 2005, it was unveiled that sandy-haired Daniel Craig would replace Pierce Brosnan as the suave spy as the star of the next Bond film.

After the great success of the film and Craig’s acclaimed performance, he now stars again in the next film in the Bond series – Quantum of Solace.

The 2006 movie Casino Royale became the highest-grossing Bond film in history, earning nearly $600 million worldwide.

Daniel Craig really enjoys his new role and says he will play Bond until his “knees go” insisting he has no intention of giving up the part in the near future.

He tells Britain’s Hello! magazine:
“Bond is becoming a long-term job. We will see how this one turns out. If everything goes well, if people still want to see these movies, I will keep doing them for as long as it takes–or until my knees go, whichever happens quicker.”

The now 40-year-old actor, loves to portray the British secret agent and really identifies with the character, especially when Bond 007 gets himself into difficult and dangerous situations.

For Craig, playing Bond seems to be as much an athletic endeavor as an acting challenge. He played rugby as a schoolboy in Liverpool—and talking about that time, he softens.

His mother, an art teacher, and his father, who ran a pub, divorced when he was 4 years old. When I ask if his love of performing stems from those early days in his father’s pub, his blue eyes crinkle with joy.

Daniel Craig feels his working-class background keeps him grounded, but he also must contend with all the Bond fame and attention. Recently, he was named to the tony International Best-Dressed list.

Orlando Bloom

Orlando Bloom skyrocketed to instant fame playing Legolas the elf in the “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy.  Orlando also played major roles in “Pirates of the Caribbean” series, “Troy,” “The Calcium Kid,” and his first lead role in “Kingdom of Heaven.” He also starred in the disappointing box office flop “Elizabethtown” with Kirsten Dunst.

In early 2007, Orlando was voted Britain’s most desirable date, after he topped Cosmopolitan magazine’s “Eligible Eleven” poll.  About all the recent attention, Orlando replied “It’s a bit strange to be included in those sexiest people polls and all that sort of thing. I don’t really even know who I’m up against!”

Bloom says that he really doesn’t mind being considered a “sex symbol”, because some of his personal idols, like James Dean and Marlon Brando, were a few from their time.

When Orlando was asked about his increased focus on living a more Buddhist lifestyle, I’ve been white knuckling it for so long. Between the first Lord Of The Rings and the last Pirates Of The Caribbean, I’ve been going non-stop. So now I just want some time and space from everything and the phone and the communication.”

When asked about Pirates co-star Keira Knightley, “She’s a great kisser and a lovely, and very funny, person. She’s absolutely gorgeous.”

Liberace Museum

Liberace Museum

The Liberace Museum is located in two buildings within a mini-mall on Tropicana Avenue. Visiting it is a deeply American experience, like Liberace himself.

Liberace was as flamboyant as they came. What is especially interesting, is how open he was to being gay in an era when it was so very hush, hush.

However, one doesn’t have to be a fervent Liberace fan to appreciate the sheer spectacle that is the Liberace Museum.

Besides the shimmery gold sign and the tinkly piano music wafting from the lobby, who could guess what waits inside the squat stucco building?

This museum has a $6.50 entrance fee, but is well worth it. You can see everything possible dealing with the pianist, and spend a lot of time marveling at the wonders this Museum has to offer.

The museum is filled with endless rows of lavish costumes. Video footage of Liberace shows him to be the consummate entertainer, effortlessly balancing elaborate spectacle and friendly chatter to please his portly, middle-aged fans.

Liberace wasn’t afraid to pull out all the stops for his audiences, such as bringing luxury Rolls Royce cars on stage or telling virgin mink jokes, either. He seemed to enjoy his celebrity status with gusto, and it showed during his energetic performances.

Kristin Cavallari

Although no one had ever heard of this spoiled blond until the O.C.-inspired reality show “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” turned Kristin Cavallari into a pseudo celebrity.

When asked the first time she realized she was hot, “Same as any other girl, when we develop boobs and stuff. But I don’t consider myself hot. I still feel like the same big dork I’ve always been.”

“Be yourself, don’t care what other people think, have a lot of confidence. At least make it look like you have a lot of confidence. Pretend if you need to.”

Regarding how bad the paparazzi got, “I’d have twelve cars waiting outside my house. I was 19. The paparazzi got out of hand. My makeup artist always told me that if you’re nice to them, they’ll be nice to you.

On the L.A. nightlife, “It’s the same people, the same thing, every single night. This L.A. lifestyle isn’t really for me. Everyone’s naked. The plastic surgery thing. It gets old. It’s hard to meet a guy here.”

Have you ever wanted to meet your favorite celebrity in person? The Life of Luxury can make your dreams come true and can arrange a unique meet and greet that will be an amazing VIP experience. The possibilities are endless.

Amanda Bynes

Amanda Bynes has indicated that although she admires Hollywood stars like Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen twins — who have crossed over from acting and dabbled in singing and personal clothing lines — she herself wants to be an actress only.

However, in the summer of 2007, Amanda went against that original statement by launching a clothing line of her own, entitled “Dear by Amanda Bynes.”

“It’s stuff you liked when you were young, but with a more flattering fit. Thermals and hoodies with hearts, rainbows and stars. My favorite thing is a little dress with big wooden buttons. I’m dying to wear it!”

Amanda admits, “I’m the girl whose biggest nightmare would be to lose my makeup bag while travelling.”
