Her naval architecture and engineering are by Heesen’s in-house team of experts. This luxurious yacht is powered by twin MTU 8V4000 M63 and will reach a top speed of 15 knots. In addition, she will have a range of 3,800 nautical miles and delivers a cruising speed of 12 knots.

The interior design by Reymond Langton offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is light-bleached oak that contrasts with stained walnut. The contemporary and calm architecture feel is achieved by combining simple lines with textured materials. In addition, the boat’s design is softened by the use of pale taupe leather and fabrics. Plus, there are color highlights found in artwork panels, decorative fabrics and of course the luxury furnishings. The indirect LED lighting throughout the interior offers a warm and inviting atmosphere while drawing the eye to key design features. It’s simply VIP all the way!

The luxury yacht can accommodate up to ten guests with its five suites. The owner’s stateroom can be found forward on the main deck. Currently, the yacht’s new owner is coordinating with the yacht’s designers, along with shipyard engineers to custom tailor Project Maia. The owner desires the yacht to be tailored to to their specific lifestyle and taste. Their goal is to customize their yacht to take passengers around the world in both comfort and VIP style. What will make heads turn when viewed, Project Maia will offer a unique light misty gray color scheme. It will look stunning on the water.

In addition, the curvy flow of Project Maia hull design creates forms and sharp knuckle lines, similar to iconic car designs. You’ll notice exquisite details such as the ‘Fisker whiskers‘ grille of the aft fashion plates. Also, the navigation lights are borrowed from classic car designs. Functional ‘military style’ wheelhouse – with forward slanted windows – confers a muscular appearance to the yacht, whilst a large roof overhang offers the captain protection from the elements.
